- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The free plan needs a QuickBooks connection, a CSV upload, or a QBO export, and nothing else.
- What counts as an analysis?
- One run of the AI over your books: a margin breakdown, a savings scan, or a what-changed report. The free plan includes about 5 a month, which covers a monthly check-in.
- Can StashGrade change anything in my QuickBooks?
- No. The QuickBooks connection is read-only. StashGrade can never write to your books or move money. If you connect via CSV upload, we store the file you provide and nothing else.
- What if my books are a mess?
- Good. That's exactly what StashGrade is built for. The algorithm extrapolates margin by job type and surfaces hidden costs even when your chart of accounts isn't organized by segment. You don't need clean books to get close to the right answer.
- How do I cancel?
- In settings, one click. Disconnecting QuickBooks revokes our access immediately.
- I run several companies. Can I see them together?
- Yes. Connect each QuickBooks file as its own entity, then view consolidated KPIs and one grade across all of them, a subset, or one at a time. Multi-entity accounts are on a custom plan; get in touch and we will set it up.
